When Work Works Award – 2010, 2012 & 2014
Formerly known as the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility, When Work Works is a national initiative on workplace effectiveness and flexibility in partnership with the Families and Work Institute, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for a Competitive Workforce, and the Twiga Foundation, recognized Northeast Delta Dental for using workplace flexibility to enhance business and employee success.
New England Higher Education Excellence Award – 2013

Service Above Self Award - 2010
Northeast Delta Dental was praised for its corporate citizenship by the Rotary Club of Saco Bay, Maine, for its support of the University of New England College of Dental Medicine, the Counseling Services’ annual Drive Against Child Abuse fundraiser, and innumerable oral health access and awareness initiatives throughout Maine.

DDPA Communications Awards - 2002, 2005 & 2006
Delta Dental Plans Association awarded Northeast Delta Dental a First Place Award in 2002 and a Silver Award in 2006 for its annual report and awarded it a Silver Award in 2005 for its desk calendar.
Vendor of the Year - 2003
New Hampshire Motor Transport Association (NHMTA) selected Northeast Delta Dental for a second year as its Vendor of the Year, saying its dedication and hard work made the transition of its members into the dental program smoother and the job of its staff easier.
The Newcomen Award by the Newcomen Society of America - 2003
The Newcomen Society of the United States awarded Northeast Delta Dental the Newcomen Award. The Society highlights the values of a free enterprise system and preserves business history. Our history was placed in 3,300 libraries nationwide.

At its Annual Quality Awards Conference, the Granite State Quality Council awarded Northeast Delta Dental a Granite State Quality Achievement Award, based on criteria established nationally for the Malcolm Baldrige Award.
