There are twelve standard plan designs and two employer premium contribution options from which to choose. Choosing a standard plan option helps to reduce our administrative expense so we pass that savings on to the client however, it's easy to custom tailor a plan design to suit any group's needs. All small group plans come with a one-year rate guarantee.

- Plan options 1 and 3 include a feature whereby claims paid as Diagnostic and Preventative services (Coverage A) do not count toward the calendar year maximum.
