Fluoride Toothpaste

Many well know brands of fluoride toothpaste are readily available at retail stores, so we will not list them here. Your dentist or hygienist can help you select the best products for your individual needs. If you are at greater risk for dental decay, your dentist may also choose to supplement your home care program with office applied fluoride or a prescription strength fluoride product to use at home.

Antimicrobial Mouth Rinse

Many well known brands of antimicrobial oral rinses are readily available at retail stores, so we will not list them here. Your dentist or hygienist can help you select the best product for your individual needs. Your dentist may also choose to prescribe a prescription strength oral rinse such as chlorhexidine gluconate if you are at a higher risk for oral disease.
