Meet our dynamic Customer Service Assistant Chris Blodgett. Chris joined Northeast Delta dental in December 2007. He is our chief letter writer authoring letters to our subscribers, patients, dentists and other people inquiring about a patient’s coverage with Northeast Delta Dental. In addition, Chris covers the switchboard and Front Desk for Suzanne and he is one of eight teammates corresponding with our customers via email.
Meet our Representative and Irish Rose, Elizabeth. Her musical Irish accent is a favorite of our patients, dental office folks and coworkers. Occasionally, her melodic voice is confused with an automated voice. Elizabeth explains to these callers that she’s real, flesh and blood.
