Claims Analyst:

The ideal candidate will assure accurate adjudication, refunds, and adjustments of claims by reviewing, researching, or returning suspended claims in accordance with standard processes using Northeast Delta Dental, New England Dental Administrators, LLC, or DeltaUSA processing policies by correcting, editing, researching suspended claims and contacting dental offices, as necessary, to obtain routine missing information or to clarify incorrect information; refers claims that require special handling to appropriate departmental or interdepartmental teammates.

Associate's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, and at least 2 years claims processing or insurance related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Must possess thorough knowledge of CDT coding and dental terminology and be able to perform routine mathematical computations and calculations.

DevOps Engineer

Our IS Team is in search of a full-time DevOps Engineer who will work on bridging the gap between various computing infrastructures and software development teams and Information Systems (IS) operations. In addition, you will Identify opportunities in the computing infrastructure to automate tasks and advance agile, reliable and secure systems.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Systems Management, IT Project Management or Database Administration. Must have a broad knowledge of technology used by DevOps Engineers and experience with integration technology, automation and cloud coding languages. Experience in several open source technologies would be helpful. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience required.

This position will initially be remote and will ultimately be a hybrid position in the future at our Concord, NH headquarters.


Digital Content Coordinator

Northeast Delta Dental is in search of a full-time Digital Content Coordinator. The Digital Content Coordinator is dedicated to, and personally responsible for, overseeing the planning, organization, creation, and publishing of the website; ensures website functionality, performs software updates, and makes design adjustments; and constantly refreshes content. Provides leadership and strategy for all things related to the corporate website.  This position will also manage online marketing projects that include, but are not limited to, website content development and SEO, creating and strategically employing social media messages, disseminating marketing electronic newsletters to target audiences, and editing and posting blog entries.

BA in Computer Science, Marketing and Communications or related field, plus at least two years of experience in digital content management, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Some experience in computer graphics, digital arts, graphic design, or web development. Mastery of social media management. Effective communication and management skills that include the abilities to edit and proofread effective copy and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content development.

Experience with MS Office, Word Press, and Adobe CMS; familiarity with content management system and search engine optimization software tools. Working familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to present its data in ways that make it more easily understood. Must have experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CMS, and content editing methods. Experience with CSS, DHTML, and JavaScript a plus.

This position will work both on-premises at our Concord NH headquarters, and remote, as appropriate.


EDI Coordinator

Our Eligibility Team is looking for an EDI Coordinator who will provide accurate, secure, and expedited enrollment for employer groups and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). Additional principal duties include promoting accurate electronic file feeds by educating and training employer groups and TPAs about file formatting and requirements. Implement electronic group enrollments by receiving and entering eligibility records into the custom enterprise system, and update current records as needed.

Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible eligibility or enrollment experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with online enrollment tools, electronic enrollment file formats, and the Health Insurance Marketplace preferred.

Web Developer

Come to work for one of NH's best companies ~ Northeast Delta Dental! Develop and implement desktop technology and web solutions in collaboration with stakeholders while following software protocol and security standards.

This position works in collaboration with stakeholders to create application solutions using the following software tools: C# .Net Core 3.1 (REST), Angular 7+ (HTML, CSS), Oracle PL/SQL, Docker, Kubernetes and GIT in partnership with end users. Our Web Developers create, enhance and maintain the Company's internal and external web applications and services, assuring compliance to general best practices and security guidelines so that our users' experience is stable and protected.

Bachelor's Degree in IS, CS, or related field; at least 4+ years of related experience. Strong knowledge of REST based web services (Web API) utilizing C# and .NET (specifically .NET Core). Strong knowledge of Angular (specifically Angular 7+). Proficient with SQL and/or PL/SQL. Proficient with a modern source control tool (Git is preferred). Proficient with unit level testing (xUnit is preferred), Proficient with client-side development tools; Experience with Azure DevOps Server, Agile Methodologies, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code is preferred.
