Database Administrator
Our Network and Technical Services Department is seeking a remote full-time, Database Administrator who will be responsible for implementing, administering and maintaining enterprise databases on Oracle (HP/UX), as well as ensuring the integrity and performance of development, testing and production environments.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science plus at least four years of DBA related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Systems analysis and programming experience required. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, MS T-SQL, Unix scripting, HP/UX and Windows is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
Work schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week.
Enrollment & Billing Coordinator
Join our Eligibility team as an Enrollment & Billing Coordinator. This is a full-time, onsite position. Our Enrollment & Billing Coordinators update records, add new subscriber information in the customer enterprise system, provide guidance to group customers related to subscriber enrollment and benefits administration.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates Degree in Business, General Studies, Communications, or related field, plus at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Computer proficiency required, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a working knowledge of eligibility regulations and guidelines. Experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
Group Maintenance Specialist
Our Group Maintenance Team is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Group Maintenance Specialist to assist in the processing of group information and claims by entering, maintaining and monitoring group information in the claims processing system; controlling group claims and assuring proper and accurate benefit determination, group billing, and broker information. This position researches and resolves claim suspensions related to group structure issues and adjudicates claims.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible work experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must have experience gathering and analyzing information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem and be able to proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for this 37.5 hour per week position. This position will work on premises at our Concord, NH headquarters and hybrid, from your home in NH, when deemed appropriate by the manager.
