Accountant
Our Finance Team is seeking a full-time (37.5 hr/week) Accountant to research, analyze and provide financial information and reports to management.
Skills, abilities & knowledge for this role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, plus at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of accounting policies and practices, and able to demonstrate and maintain computer competence with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a valid driver's license.
Work schedule for this role: The typical work schedule for this on-site position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week.
Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Team is looking to hire a full-time, hybrid, Call Center, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative. All Candidates must live in NH. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.
Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education, bilingual skills a plus, and a happy attitude. We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions.
Work schedule: The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:50 a.m.to 5 p.m. This position will train on site for at least six months. Once call answering goals are met and other training requests completed, this position has the ability to work hybrid from your NH home. You will be required to come on site for additional meetings and trainings at the managers discretion.
EDI Coordinator
Our Eligibility team is seeking an EDI Coordinator to provide accurate, secure, and expedited enrollment for employer groups and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible eligibility or enrollment experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with online enrollment tools, electronic enrollment file formats, and the Health Insurance Marketplace preferred.
Work Schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a remote position.
