Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Team is looking for a full-time, onsite, Customer Service Representative. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.

Our Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

Knowledge/abilities/skills:

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, plus at least two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education

  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • A happy attitude

  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH.

Enrollment & Billing Coordinator

Our Eligibility Department is searching for an onsite Enrollment & Billing Coordinator to update records, add new subscriber information in the customer enterprise system, provide guidance to group customers related to subscriber enrollment and benefits administration. The Enrollment and Billing Coordinator will also be a resource on enrollment processing guidelines, billing, policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory guidelines for stakeholders.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Associate degree in Business, General Studies, Communications, or related field, plus at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.  Computer proficiency required, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Must have a working knowledge of eligibility regulations and guidelines.  Experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred.

This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters Monday through Friday, 8:45 to 4:45.

Group Maintenance Specialist

Our Group Maintenance Department is seeking a hybrid teammate to assist in the processing of group information and claims by entering, maintaining and monitoring dental group information in the claims processing system; controlling group claims and assuring proper and accurate benefit determination, group billing, and broker information.  Researches and resolves claim suspensions related to dental group structure issues. 

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Associate degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible work experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must have experience gathering and analyzing information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem and be able to proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps. Must have a basic understanding of the logic of the group, provider, eligibility, and claims processing system. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.

This position will work on-premise at our Concord, NH headquarters and remote when appropriate.

Legal Assistant

Our Legal & Compliance Division is seeking a Legal Assistant to support the administration of the Department by, among other responsibilities: handling corporate filings such as annual reports, managing and responding to internal requests for legal documents and services, preparing monthly compliance reports, updating internal documents and procedures, supporting compliance training and initiatives, and cross training on insurance product filings.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred, plus at least two years of related administrative experience in a law office or corporate legal department, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.

This position will work on-premise at our Concord, NH headquarters and remote when appropriate.

Marketing & Communications Administrative Coordinator

Our External Affairs Team is seeking a Marketing and Communications Administrative Coordinator to assist in enhancing the effectiveness of the External Affairs Team by providing support for advertising, philanthropy, sponsorships, and other marketing efforts.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and/or three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

This position will work on-premise at our Concord, NH headquarters and remote when appropriate.
