Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

2 large eggs

1 cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup maple syrup

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil, slightly cooled

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Coat an 8x8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl; stir gently.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown and a fork inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack. Let cool completely before slicing.
